Mechanism

Die Dreifrucht-Rezeptur vereint Amalaki (reich an Vitamin C, Gallus-/Ellagsaeure, Emblicanine), Bibhitaki (Gallus-/Ellagsaeure) und Haritaki (Chebulinsaeure, Terpene, Polyphenole). Die dichte Polyphenol- und Tanninmatrix wirkt in-vitro antioxidativ und moduliert im Human-/Tiermodell das Darmmikrobiom (Peterson et al. 2017, J Altern Complement Med). Traditionell wird Triphala als mildes Verdauungs- und Rasayana-Mittel eingesetzt. Kontrollierte Studien beim Pferd fehlen; die Evidenz ist ethnobotanisch und praeklinisch. Als Vielstoffgemisch ist auf Standardisierung, Reinheit und Schwermetallfreiheit zu achten. Einordnung: Ergaenzungsfuttermittel mit verdauungsbezogener Tradition.
