Mechanism

Junge Blätter enthalten Vitamin C (historische Verwendung gegen Skorbut/Scharbock), Saponine und Anemonin/Protoanemonin. Frisch und ab der Blüte reichert sich das scharf reizende Protoanemonin an; nur sehr junge Blätter galten traditionell als nutzbar. Für Pferde existiert keine belastbare Anwendungsempfehlung.

· Protoanemonin (Hahnenfußgewächs) - scharf reizend/toxisch, besonders frisch und ab Blüte
· innerliche Anwendung nicht empfohlen
