Mechanism

Die Samen von Moringa oleifera liefern ein oelsaeurereiches Fett (Ben-Oel) sowie Glucosinolate und Proteine; die Glucosinolate werden fuer den scharfen Geschmack und in Laborstudien fuer diverse Effekte verantwortlich gemacht. Traditionell werden Samen und Oel in Afrika und Asien genutzt, u. a. zur Wasserklaerung. Kontrollierte Pferdedaten fehlen; der Glucosinolatanteil ist bei groesseren Mengen zu bedenken.
