Mechanism

Loewenzahn (Taraxacum officinale) enthaelt Flavonoide (Luteolin, Quercetin- und Apigenin-Derivate), Phenolsaeuren (Chlorogen-, Kaffeesaeure) sowie Sesquiterpenlactone (Taraxinsaeure) und Triterpene (Taraxasterol), die den bitteren Geschmack und die traditionell zugeschriebene digestive/choleretische Wirkung ausmachen. Die pharmakologisch-phytochemische Standardreferenz von Schuetz, Carle und Schieber ordnet Inhaltsstoffe und die berichteten diuretischen, bitterstoff-vermittelten und antioxidativen Effekte ein (Schuetz et al. 2006, J Ethnopharmacol, PMID 16950583); eine neuere Uebersicht bestaetigt das Wirkstoffspektrum und hepatoprotektiv-antioxidative In-vitro-Effekte (Bulletin NRC 2021, DOI 10.1186/s42269-021-00567-1). Hinweis: die meisten Daten betreffen Blatt und Wurzel; fuer die BLUETE speziell ist die Datenlage duenner (Flavonoid-/Bitterstoffprofil). EHRLICH ZUR PFERDEDATENLAGE: kontrollierte equine Studien fehlen; der Einsatz beruht auf Traditionsgebrauch und Human-/In-vitro-Daten.
