Mechanism

Carnosolsaeure ist ein phenolisches Diterpen aus Rosmarin und Salbei und Hauptantioxidans in Rosmarinextrakten; sie wird zu Carnosol umgewandelt. In vitro werden ausgepraegte radikalfangende sowie Nrf2-/redoxmodulierende Effekte beschrieben; technologisch dient sie als natuerliches Antioxidans. Kontrollierte Pferdedaten fehlen vollstaendig.
